From a very young age, I could sense there was a disconnect between how people wanted to live and how they were living. They wanted to trust in God and love, but fear and logic always seemed to win out. As I got older, I could feel this battle within myself. Why was this happening?
Two decades of spiritual seeking, personal development, and attempts to heal mysterious symptoms in my body led to subtle shifts, but it wasn't until my own awakening in 2022 when things began to fall into place in miraculous ways.Â
It's been my observation that when we repeatedly go against our inner knowing, we can begin to feel increasingly disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from the life we're meant to live. We stay in jobs, relationships, and old patterns that no longer fit, while fear and overthinking drown out the quieter guidance from within.

The good news is, we don't have to abandon everything we've built to find that connection. We can learn to return to the place within us that is whole, connected, and untouched by the fear and stories that have taught us otherwise.

My work is rooted in the knowing that when we stop fueling the fearful mind-chatter, and tune in to the loving source of intelligence that is always here, life has no choice but to unfold in magnificent ways.Â

A personalized program, designed to support deeper exploration and lasting change. We'll work together over time to identify patterns, strengthen your connection to God and intuition, and develop practices that help you navigate life from a place of inner knowing. Includes support between sessions, along with personalized tools and resources to continue the work at home.
